Workshop
Two teachers present a pair of Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® lessons that use gentle, focused movements to explore functional themes such as walking, reaching, sitting and standing.
These Feldenkrais gentle movement explorations are known to reduce pain, create better balance, and more comfort during everyday activities.
When appropriate a skeleton demo is presented to enhance the learning experience. A variety of Feldenkrais Practitioners are available to answer questions. All levels are welcome.
Optional Individual Sessions
These one-on-one, hands-on Feldenkrais Functional Integration® sessions are designed to help you succeed in your wellness goals.
Individual lessons can help with anything from moving with less pain, developing a more powerful golf swing, gardening with ease or simply creating more comfort in movement.
There are a limited number of 40 minute
spots available following the workshop.
